The overall Vauxhall UK National Teams Photographer of the Year for 2016 for all nations was awarded to Carl Recine of Action Images, whose portfolio Carl’s portfolio captured Wales’s sensational Euro 2016 campaign.

Cheryl Stibbs, Sponsorship Marketing Manager, said: “We first launched our photography competition back in 2011, but are still impressed by the interest and quality of entries our awards attract each year.

“The standard of entrants in the Scottish category has once again been incredible. Kenny was a very worthy winner with an excellent portfolio that captured the tangible emotion of Scottish football.

“We’d like to thank all the entrants for producing one of the finest exhibitions of photography our judges have ever seen.”
