Vauxhall Motors brought together the four Home Nations’ international football managers and fans in an unprecedented event on Friday 22 August 2014 to great success.

Held at Google’s illustrious £1bn London Headquarters, the Google+ Hangout saw England manager, Roy Hodgson; Northern Ireland’s Michael O’Neill; Scotland’s Gordon Strachan and Wales’ Chris Coleman, take part in a live Q&A forum with fans across each of the nations.

The Google+ Hangout was the first of its kind with international managers from any country and was hosted on the Vauxhall Football Google+ page and live streamed on the Vauxhall Motors Football YouTube channel.

Sky Sports’ David Jones, the anchor for the new Sky Sports International football channel, hosted the Google+ Hangout.

Vauxhall’s marketing director, Peter Hope, commented; “We are very grateful to all of the Home Nations’ managers for giving up their time as the teams build up for the exciting qualification campaigns.

“We are delighted to be able to bring them all together in such a unique setting and give the fans the opportunity to have their questions answered directly by the men at the helm of international football in the UK.”
