Perform St. George’s Park have invited media to their cutting-edge facility on Tuesday to meet local rugby stars Burton RFC.
Promoted after a thrilling end of campaign last season, Burton RFC now play in the National 3 League and are hoping to build on last year’s excellent form.
Hoping to help are Perform St. George’s Park, based at The FA National Football Centre. Just like the England Football stars, Burton players will be put through their paces in a 1 hour S&C session with top sports scientist Carl Wells followed by a recovery session in Perform’s state-of-the-art Hydrotherapy Suite.
