Soccer AM’s Max Rushden stopped off at Perform at St George’s Park to discover what process a player must go through to pass a medical at a new club.

With the transfer deadline coming up next Monday, Rushden was curious about the tests that footballers face before signing a contract with a club.

Following strength and performance tests using Perform’s state-of-the-art facilities, it was recommended that Rushden should not be signed by a football club!
