The Home Nations are all preparing for a crucial weekend of international football as all four nations bid to qualify for Euro 2016 in France, next summer.
England travel to Slovenia in game knowing a win can further cement their qualification chances. With five wins from five and just one goal concede Roy Hodgson’s side will be favourites to qualify first from the Home Nations.
