The winners have been announced for the 2016 Vauxhall Scotland Photographer of the Year awards.
Scottish Sun photographer Kenny Ramsay was once again crowned Photographer of the Year, for his stunning portfolio capturing the drama of Scotland’s footballing year.
SNS photographer Alan Harvey scooped the top prize in the Vauxhall Scotland Best Individual Photograph category, for his well-timed action-shot of Steven Fletcher’s thunderous header against Malta.
Vauxhall Scotland Inspirational #GetIN Photograph for 2016 was awarded to Craig Williamson of SNS for capturing a Scottish fan cheering on his team ahead of the England clash in November.
The overall Vauxhall UK National Teams Photographer of the Year for 2016 for all nations was awarded to Carl Recine of Action Images, whose portfolio Carl’s portfolio captured Wales’s sensational Euro 2016 campaign.
